Please note that measurements are always the most accurate way to ensure the perfect fit—weight is only a general estimate and can vary depending on breed and body type.

If a product mentions that it runs small, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

📏 How to Measure Your Dog:

1. Neck:
   Measure around the base of the neck where a collar naturally rests.
2. Chest (Girth):
   Measure the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs.
3. Back Length:
   Measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.

✨ Pro Tip: Use a soft measuring tape and leave enough room for two fingers to ensure a comfy fit!

We accept returns within 7 days of fulfillment for store credit only.

Return Requirements:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached.
• No excessive pet hair or signs of wear.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Please allow 5-10 business days after we receive your return for processing.
